About Official Deals

We review dietary supplements that are sold online, and we check what the ads leave out: the real label, the real price at checkout and the fine print on refunds. This page explains who we are, how we work and how the site pays for itself.

Who is behind Official Deals

Official Deals is a small, independent editorial publication. Our reviews are written by the Official Deals editorial team and by independent contributors. Some contributors write under a pen name to keep their private lives private.

We are not a manufacturer, a store or a medical practice. We don't make, sell or ship any product, we don't take orders or payments, and we are not the official store of any brand we review. Nobody on our team is a doctor or a dietitian, which is why our reviews never tell you what to take for a health condition. For that, talk to your own doctor.

  • We never publish invented testimonials, ratings or statistics
  • Testimonials taken from a manufacturer's website are labeled as such
  • We say clearly whether anyone on our side has actually used the product
  • Health content is informational only and never replaces medical advice

How we evaluate products

Every review follows the same routine before it goes live:

1 · The label

We read the Supplement Facts panel and list every ingredient with its amount. If an amount isn't published, we say so.

2 · The checkout

We open the official checkout, note the actual prices and look for subscriptions and auto-renewals.

3 · The refund terms

We read the guarantee line by line: how many days you have and what you must do before you can ask for your money back.

4 · The evidence

We separate "this ingredient has been studied" from "this finished product has been tested." They are not the same thing, and we don't pretend they are.

For readers outside the United States, we also check the public import rules of each country, such as customs duties, taxes and what local authorities say about the ingredients.

Each review includes a table of what we checked, how we checked it and what we found. Each line gets a label:

VerifiedWe confirmed it ourselves: on the label, at the checkout, in the written terms or in writing from the seller.
Judgment callThere's no firm answer: it depends on your health and situation, or it rests on one person's experience. We explain what we know and who can decide, usually your doctor.
Not publishedWe looked and couldn't find it. We show these gaps openly instead of hiding them.
Not performedSomething we didn't do or couldn't verify ourselves, such as taking the product or contacting the people in a testimonial. We say so plainly.

We update a review when the label, the price or the rules change, and the date at the top of the page shows the last update. If you spot a mistake, tell us and we'll check it and fix any error.

How we make money

Official Deals takes part in affiliate programs. When you buy a product through a link in one of our reviews, the store may pay us a commission. The price you pay is the same as if you had gone to the store directly.

  • Affiliate links are marked as sponsored, and every review says so near the top
  • Manufacturers don't pay us to write a review and don't approve our text before it's published
  • The commission never changes our verdict or the problems we point out
  • We only link to the official store we checked, never to copies or resellers

Because we don't sell anything ourselves, questions about an order, a delivery or a refund must go to the store where you bought the product. For anything about our content, contact us.
